Absolutely no wait and got my glasses on the spot! Took about 40 minutes for everything. Very kind and attentive staff. Morgan was amazing. Sweetest girl, helped me pick out the best glasses for my face shape and I love them! Fairly affordable too! Definitely will be coming back

The wait times are long. Count on your visit taking several hours. Otherwise, outstanding customer service. Prices are great, staff are impressive in the face of irate customers. Trinkie graciously walked me through solutions to my emergency all while getting the stink-eye from people hanging on for dear life in the lobby. For me? Worth the wait.
Made an appointment and I am still waiting an hour after my appointment. Was told by the manager that they overbooked and that it was corporates fault for the way the schedule works. Manager stated “we hate the scheduling just as much as you”. This seems to be an ongoing issue with the Santa Fe location as many other customers have stated as such. I should’ve scheduled elsewhere. Customer service at this location is pretty non-existent
DON'T go to the Santa Fe location. Went to Stanton about 10:15am just to ask about our insurance prices and replacing lenses in a backup pair for my daughter. Simple questions: does the BOGO include if you pay through insurance? how much would it cost to put in new lenses on her current frames? Sat for 30+ minutes with no help. 5 people came in behind me, 2 to complain about their new glasses not being correct. Which vividly made me remember: my husband had gotten glasses at Stanton in Santa Fe last year and after wearing them out of the store he was dizzy and getting nauseous. He's had glasses since he was 7 and never felt like that. Took them back to see if something with the lenses was wrong, and Stanton flat out said they were fine and there were no issues. He pushed back and insisted they fix them, and eventually they took them back to fix and his issue went away. Between not being helped for 30+minutes while others behind me were helped with their glasses issues, and remembering the horrible outcome we had with my husband I left. Looked online and alot of people have the SAME complaint about this location. We got Stanton glasses at the Albuquerque location near Coronado Mall and had an amazing experience. Will never go back to the Santa Fe location.
SUPER caring ,professional service, at an AMAZING price for all the tests! Trinkie gave me an in depth analysis of my new results compared to previous tests, set me up for an additional follow up visit, really PERSONAL SERVICE, the kind you rarely find these days. Thanks to all the staff...it was👍👍👍👍👍.
