I had a great experience at Stanton Optical in Greenville. The staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The eye exam was thorough, and they made the process of choosing frames easy without making me feel pressured. I also appreciated how clearly they explained the pricing and available options. Overall, the service was efficient, and I’m happy with my new glasses. I would recommend Stanton Optical to anyone looking for quality eye care and excellent customer service.

They do not let you know that there is no in person dr that you can never communicate with.I had some eye concerns they took lots of pictures even charged me an extra $39 for a special exam and when all the testing were done they gave me a prescription for glasses? I’m like where are the results from all the testing for cataract glaucoma stigmas that I have taken and paid extra for? He put a recommendation for the eye supplements they sold in store and that was it. Big Scam! I have floaters my vision has been getting blurry and no doctor to even explain what’s going on! Don’t come here if you need a thorough eye exam. I only have them 2 stars because the workers were very polite and helpful as much as they could be! Too much AI going on I don’t believe there is a real Dr who signed this prescription at all!

Had my exam last week and really enjoyed the experience. The young lady in the back, I think her name was Jay was really helpful with explaining every step of the exam process and made it very easy. Veronica at the front was really friendly and helped me pick out two pair of glasses that I loved and I didn’t have to wait long for them to be shipped to the store.

Been here 3 times. Twice with my daughter and once, today, for myself. Customer service was top tier. Joana was amazing at getting the frames I thought I couldn't afford down to an affordable price, and it was well worth the hour we drive to come to this office, again. Well done.
