We had great care with Hanna At Spokane north office. She was very helpful from start to finish So thankful for a good eye exam and Caring attendant. Hanna helped our daughter relax and Walked her step by step through her exam. Cedez get very anxious.

Me and my family had such a great experience at Stanton Optical, and I especially want to recognize Owen. He did our eye exams and has always gone above and beyond for us. When our glasses weren't fitting right, someone else tried to adjust them, but they only made them feel and look worse. Owen took the time to fix them properly, and now they fit perfectly. What really stands out is how kind and considerate he is. He remembers our names, takes the time to listen, and genuinely cares about making sure everything is right. It's rare to find someone who is not only knowledgeable but also provides such outstanding customer service. Owen is truly exceptional at his job, and he's a big reason we'll keep coming back. PLEASE READ BEFORE CONSIDERING GOING HERE at the time i decided to go to Station optical I didn’t have insurance and this was the best option to save hundreds of dollars but i ended up loosing hundreds of dollars due to the fact that they did not give my the correct prescription I went for glasses and contacts and they gave me a much lower prescription then I’ve ever had before the prescription in my right eye is higher than my left and they gave me the same prescription for both eyes They told me to give my eyes a chance to adjust after a couple of weeks my eyes did not adjust. I went back in. they redid my exam and gave me a half a point higher in my right eye and told me to let them adjust again I tried to letting my eyes adjust again, but they never did and by the time I told them the prescription wasn’t working. It was too late to get a refund costing me, hundreds of dollars in glasses contacts and an exam for both. They let me know that their exam doesn’t work for everyone and I believe in this case they should’ve given me a full refund for my glasses, contacts and eye exam as they do not have an optometrist they have technicians who look at your eyes and send the information over to an optometrist over the computer. If this does not work for everyone they should let you know ahead of time and give you a full refund if it doesn’t work.

I brought my son in yesterday for an exam, and as a fellow worker in the optical field they were absolutely amazing, professional and informative until the end. Destiny was the staff we worked with and she was extremely helpful in ensuring we got my sons glasses ordered quickly, with what we wanted while still fitting our budget!
