Best customer service I've received from anywhere I've been seriously. They are 20 out of 10. They are very knowledgeable, and they are very helpful. And I just can't say enough about this place. This is probably the best place I've ever went to to get contacts and glasses.
First time getting prescription glasses, and the staff here were informative and made the process easy! Both the optometrist/ Dr. Thomas Campen, MD, and Sales Manager Jesse, were very pleasant and my wife and I's experience could not have been better; plus the process was faster than we thought it would be. We liked the variety of glasses, and we found pairs for each of us that we loved and they fit well. Plenty of parking, and location suited our needs even during commute time. Very, very, pleased.
I had a fantastic experience today at Stanton Optical. I was helped by Al and the whole experience was great from beginning to end. I got two pairs of glasses and an eye exam for $79 and didn’t pay a penny over that, it was exactly as the deal states which was awesome. I had my appointment at 9:15 and walked out at 10:05 wearing my new glasses, and the only reason it took that long was because it took me half an hour to decide on frames because of their large selection. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and will be back as soon as I need another pair, they have definitely earned my repeat business. Thank you so much Al!
Amiable staff (thank you AL!), easy booking online, open til 7p today. My insurance isn't listed in their site but they are in network. Nice variety of frames. In store models matches well to their online catalog if you want to get a sense of their options before going which really helped me with choosing a frame.
I made a same day appointment, within 20 min. After exam my first pair of glasses were made just for me!!! Wonderful service and Al's gorgeous smile. Like GREASED LIGHTNING... THANK YOU SO MUCH.
