I was a bit weary coming in as I read the reviews and they are mixed. But I needed to take care of my eye care asap with a job change happening. I had not only one great experience when Elizabeth helped me get a new pair of glasses but also when I came in to get contacts (first time ever) Camree was also amazing. I appreciate you ladies more than I can express. And Traci was fantastic she was working her butt off to get the exams done and learn the ins and outs, as its only her first week on the job.

I had an amazing time at Stanton! From the time my baby and I walked in, we were greeted and each staff member, Elizabeth, Veronica, and Camarie, were attentive, conversational, and super helpful. I’m not usually too fond of the eye exams, but Veronica thoroughly cleaned the machines and explained everything we were doing prior to examining. Even the hybrid exam with the virtual assistant was great! (Thank you, Luis!) Everyone was very patient with me and my daughter when she was crying and even when I had to go change her (there’s no changing tables in the bathroom btw). When I came back from the bathroom, Camarie had three pairs of glasses picked out for me to choose from just based on me telling her my preference for frame sizes. I was there for about an hour only because each customer is given one-on-one time during their eye exams and I took my time since my daughter came along with me, but even then, the staff didn’t rush me and we had great conversations in the midst of it all. Due to choosing the larger glasses, they won’t be in for another two weeks, but if I had smaller frames (where there are a lot of) I could have gotten them the same day. Not a problem though! In my 40+ years of living, I have never went to get glasses made and an eye exam that was a friendly and pleasant as my experience here. Elizabeth and Traci made me feel comfortable, as if I had known them for years. They were transparent with me, and worked with me to get glasses that supported by needs as a service member. I am definitely going back to them. Thank you for a positive to me at a time I needed it the most.

I had a great experience at Stanton Optical thanks to Elizabeth. She was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable and taken care of. Customer service like hers really makes a difference. I truly appreciate her help and would definitely recommend this location to others! shoutout to the North May Office

Had the best experience today at my appointment! Acknowledged me when walking in and letting me know of any delays before I signed in. Fantastic customer service all while training new employees in respectful and professional manner! Love the products but I work with public and I can only hope I am this great!
