Kaitlyn, Madison, and Theo were all great! they were so friendly and relaxed. i didn't feel pressured to get anything i didn't want. the pricing was pretty good, too. the only reason i left off a star is that i wasn't expecting to spend 90 minutes there. i would still recommend them, though!

Kaitlyn got me in right away as a walk in. I had never had contacts before she walked me through everything explaining it all very knowledgeable. Shaye was very diligent in getting me the best deal and saving me every dollar. I was a 1st time contact wearer and she was so patient while teaching me how to insert and remove!!! Amazing experience thank you!!!

IF YOU HAVE TRICARE - READ: i have previously gone here when i was under a different insurance. i’m now on my husbands, and made sure to check the website before going to my appointment to make sure they took my insurance. (as you can see, it says they take tricare west) so i get there 10 mins early for my appointment. it takes about 25 minutes for a lady to come up to the front, she gets my name and that’s it. an HOUR goes by and im still waiting. a new lady comes up to the front and asks if i’ve been checked in, and i said i was but not taken back. another 20 minutes goes by & i finally get taken back. leslie was really apologetic & helpful. however, because they did not check insurance beforehand, it led to me being very frustrated to hear that they don’t take my insurance. so i paid out of pocket for my exam, therefore meaning none of my glasses were covered. the other gal, i can’t remember her name, was also helpful and trying to help save me money & apologetic. i needed new glasses, i couldn’t see out of my last ones. all in all, 2 stars because the 2 ladies were helpful. overall, i would avoid this place like the plague.

This place is awesome I took my daughter in there to get an eye exam and glasses the staff was very helpful and nice. The insurance was out of network but that was ok because. the lens and two pairs of glasses. I paid less here like $120 I would recommend them

I had an amazing experience yesterday. I just wanted the exam and script and it was highly affordable and I only waited 10 minutes past my appointment time, which is not terribly long. I’m hard of hearing but I think his name was Theo. We had a ball chatting as we moved to different machines and I will be back because of that experience. I don’t care about uncomfortable seats and stained carpet. The customers are the culprits because the staff certainly isn’t lounging around. So ignore those reviews and focus on you.
