I haven’t had a problem with anyone there. All of the ladies that work there are honest and straight forward with all the information I needed. Every time I called the call was answered. The Dr did his job thoroughly. I received a text when my glasses were ready. Not like 60/60 took my money n fled. Thank you Star optical. 5/5

AS BEING IN THE MEDICAL FIELD I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO NO ONE. THESE PEOPLE HAD THEIR PATIENTS LEAVE THE PREMISES OUT IN THE COLD IN ORDER FOR THEM TO GO TO LUNCH. LUNCH OR NOT PRACTICES SHOULDNT CLOSE THEIR DOORS DURING BUSYNESS HOURS SPECIAL TELLING YOUR PATIENTS TO LEAVE OUTSIDE IN THE FREEZING COLD. TWO PATIENT HAD MEDICAL TRANSPORTAION AND JUST TOLD THEM TO WAIT OUTSIDE WHICH APPAULD ME SPECIALLY PATIENT IN THEIR AGES OUR ELDERLY. I CALLED COUPLE TIMES TO SCHEDULE AN APPT AND HAVE A MANAGER CALL ME BACK AND NO ONE HAS STILL CONTACTED ME. ILL BE LOOKING FOR ANOTHER LOCATION TO REFER PATIENTS INCLUDING MYSELF.
“At Star Optical, I got more pricing twists than a soap opera. First quote was $130, then suddenly it ballooned to $300 in person. And now, on the phone, they claim they don’t do prices? Next time, I’ll bring a fortune teller!”
I bought a pair of sunglasses to them for them, to add a prescription lens. They stole my glasses and told me that they got lost during shipping. They said they were going to give me my money back but instead they asked me to pick a pair of glasses that were not Designer frames. It was The frames that Medicaid pays for and when I try to go get a different pair of glasses A few months after from a different company, I found out that this establishment used my Medicaid to pay for my free replacement frames that they stole. they told me that I was an eligible because Medicaid already have paid for my glasses so the glasses they gave me as a replacement was not free or on their expense they charged my Medicaid. I haven’t been back since this place is a scam if you own a pair really nice glasses purchased with your own money and need fixed or medicated. Do not bring it here because there’s a chance you may not see them again.
