I had a great experience at Sterling Optical in Kings Plaza. Ashley at Sterling Optical in Kings Plaza provided excellent service. She was very knowledgeable about prescriptions and frames, explained everything clearly, and worked with us to find a great deal. We even received a discount, and the final price was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

He took the time to really listen to what I was looking for, explained my options clearly, and made thoughtful suggestions without ever being pushy. It felt like he actually cared about getting it right, not just making a sale. What stood out most was how personal the experience felt. Nothing was rushed, and I never felt pressured.
