The staff is always polite and helpful. I've never had any problems, the facility is very clean, and Dr. Beim is very knowledgeable and thorough. He always explains what's going on and what needs to be done with my eyes.

Had one of the worst experiences at this location. Very disorganized and dysfunctional. Some of the staff were nice and trying to do their best, but leadership was terrible. Doctor seemed out of sorts. Not impressed at all. Would not recommend this location to anyone. So disorganized that I ended up getting a bill almost 2 years later.

There are not enough kind words I can say about this experience. Husband had an “eye emergency” and I called in a bit of a tizzy about him being seen ASAP. They worked him in same day. The office staff in front was incredible and friendly and welcoming, Dr. Beim was knowledgeable, explained everything in ways easy to understand, and came up with a plan to heal him up quickly! Holly, though! Holly (or ie? Sorry) is the real MVP of our entire experience in sending it over the top. She was incredible!

Extremely slow and the receptionist has an attitude. Find another job if you dislike your occupation. Took almost 90 minutes to complete a simple eye exam. Brenham should have more optometrists in this area because the people should have a choice.

You need to start combining your appointments, telling older people to keep coming back over and over for different test is abuse to their financial resources. They are on fixed income. You should be doing alot more in single visits. We should already be discussing treatments by now and it's going on 3 weeks.
