I had an amazing experience with Dr. K and highly recommend him to anyone looking for an optometrist. He was incredibly accommodating with my work schedule and made sure my appointment didn’t cause any conflicts, which I truly appreciated. What really stood out was how thorough and personable he was during the exam. Dr. K is the first optometrist who took the time to clearly explain my test results and walk me through how he determined the power of my prescription. His approach made the entire visit feel comfortable and relaxing. He’s very easy to talk to, and I never felt rushed when asking questions—he answered everything with patience and clarity. Thank you, Dr. K, for such a great experience. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending you to others!

Go in for an early morning appointment and will still be sitting there in the afternoon. He leave the building with patients waiting in exam rooms and waiting rooms. He has no value for his patients at all! Treats his staff poorly and the office is very disorganized thanks to the 'good' doctor. Go elsewhere for proper eye care because you won't find it here

At first my experience was good. After my appointment Dr. Kourajian said he would order my contacts, and they would arrive in two weeks. He then told me I would receive a text message notifying me of the arrival of my contacts. Today's date is September 3rd. My appointment was on August 1st. I still have not been notified of ANYTHING. When I called the office I was told by a nice lady that she didn't know about my information and it was in Dr. Kourajian's office, so she took my number and told me she would call me back since he was in his office with a patient. THREE hours later I had not been called back, and I again called the office. This time I was connected with Dr. Kourajian at which time he told me he had NOT yet ordered my contacts, and that he had FORGOTTEN! He did say he would order them as soon as he got off the phone, however I am not sure if i can trust that he will, after all he apparently just "FORGETS" about his patients. I feel that overall my experience had been disappointing, unprofessional, and irritating. I would not recommend Dr. Kourajian.

My husband & I have been going to Dr. Steven Kourajian for years. We have always received professional service! It is nice to have an Optometrist in our local area!

Steve does a great job. He knows his business and is practical. We travel to see him, but intend to continue.
