Good experience both times I went in, first was a few months ago and again today to replace my broken glasses. I thought I would have to pay for new frames but Rosalia was kind enough to make look into and ensure me my glasses were still under warranty. Excellent service and a true testament to what customer service should be: kind and respectful.

Walmart optical provides great service, my daughter was needing replacement frames so I went here for the first time. Flavio assisted us in very professional manner and took care of everything. The glasses also arrived very fast!

Lupita was very courteous and attentive. She was informative and helpful. Really enjoyed our experience getting glasses. Best price ever. Great frames for $50 but they have some as low as $9.
