DON’T USE THEIR ONLINE BOOKING TOOL! I scheduled two appointments online using their online booking tool. Booked the appointments for 9:15am and 10am. Got a “You’re all set!” notification. Showed up for my 9:15am appointment and the receptionist had no idea what was going on she asked for my name/date of birth, but couldn’t tell me I wasn’t in their system. I explained that I set up the appointment online and she asked if they reached out to me. I’m confused why I am able to schedule an appointment online with a time and date and then they do not follow through with the appointment time and day. Then, after we walk out I assume the schedule coordinator called my husband about his 10am appointment and said their system was down but that they could get him in for an afternoon appointment that were still available for booking online. I’m just annoyed with the lack of communication from the staff.

DO NOT GO HERE. I tried to book an appointment and they never called to schedule. I then tried to book another and they refused to schedule because of “several no shows”. I don’t who their business manager is, but this is not the type of reliability or accountability I would expect from a healthcare provider. If they’re this sloppy with records, how can they expect them anyone to trust them with their eyes?
