Stratford Optometry comes highly recommended by me, mostly because they have excellent customer service and all their staff are lovely and friendly to work with. Let’s not forget their selection of glasses…. 🔥!! The team at Stratford Eye Care were excellent. Each individual that I spoke to provided exceptional service. It was a clean facility, very knowledgeable-explained the steps or what was being checked. Also when I had to choose my glasses they were patient and helpful when I was making my choices. I highly recommend this facility.
Let me start by thanking everyone for the nice accommodation given me. The receptionist at the front office was nice as well as the employee who pre tested my eyes. To my surprise, I was attended to by Dr. Bhakta herself. She was compassionate and very accommodating. I found a good optometrist. Highly recommended.
I have been going to this office for many Years. The staff is always so welcoming and very helpful. Dr. Bhakta is by far the best optometrist I have encountered she is so nice, welcoming and attentive to her work, she cares about you and make sure that you’re taken care of. She is down to earth and treat you as you are family. I really enjoy coming to her practice and after meeting her this is the only Optometrist I will be coming to.
