Dr. Knight is amazing! The staff at Strong vision center are very knowledgeable, courteous, and caring at EACH location. I’ve gotten the pleasure of meeting Dr. Strong as well and I must say this is the best experience from any eye doctors office I’ve ever had which is why I keep returning. Major props for Dr. Strong for having a great staff who carry great customer service. Dr. Knight always have a positive attitude and she makes sure you understand everything about the appointment and answers all questions. I got a chance to meet Marissa at both locations who is very helpful in picking out great frame to fit your need. Hats off to both locations. HIGHLY recommend!!

As a senior, I truly appreciate the level of care Dr. Walker provides. She is patient, gentle, and takes the time to explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand. I never feel rushed, and she always makes sure I’m comfortable during the exam. I also had a past exam with Dr. Knight at the same clinic and received the same level of professional care from her. Her staff is kind and helpful, and the entire visit feels calm and well-organized. I trust her completely with my eye health and highly recommend this clinic to anyone, especially older adults looking for a caring and knowledgeable optometrist.

We have been coming here for the last few years, but I am glad I did my own research today after calling to order contact lenses. I was told that it is “illegal” for them to sell a contact lens supply that extends beyond the expiration date of a prescription. However, I was able to successfully order a full-year supply from 1-800 Contacts while my prescription was still valid, and the order was verified and fulfilled without issue. This suggests that what I was told may not be an actual legal restriction, but rather an internal policy or a more conservative interpretation. I researched Texas law and guidelines and could find nothing of the sort. I would have appreciated clearer and more accurate communication instead of being told something was illegal when it appears not to be. Additionally, the pricing difference was significant. I was quoted about $80 (after insurance) for a 3-month supply in-office, while I was able to purchase a full-year supply online for $180 (after insurance). I completely respect the importance of regular eye exams and patient safety, and I will continue getting my annual exams. However, transparency matters. Patients should be given accurate information so they can make informed decisions about their care and purchases. Just something to keep in mind if you are comparing options.

I highly recommend Dr. Strong for your vision care. Her staff are all friendly and accommodating. The offices are immaculate. Dr. Strong is very thorough with your exam and concise with her explanations. I have been coming to Dr.Strong for my vision needs for over 10 years and will continue for years to come.
