Professional calm atmosphere. Greeted with a smile. Wait was short. They were thorough with my eye exam for floaters and the solution to improve my vision. Dr Whitley is wonderful along with his assistance and the front desk!
Admiral and memorial is the best eye mart. They are very professional and treat you very good. I will never go to any other. Do not go to 41st and Yale. They are very hateful and lazy . I can't believe they are getting paid to send people away cuz they only have 20 minutes to wait to clock out. They just stared at us we were sent there. My freind is cripple and it took all he had to walk and they ignored him. We had already had paperwork finished and he told me they don't take Humana insurance when the other one did they had a broke machine is all. He didn't want to give us service. He said just come back tomorrow. The woman waiting to clock out in twenty minutes just stared at us. I'm waiting till they fix the machine rather than give haters my patronage. now I know a little about how black Americans felt in white American stores back in Dr Kings Day refusing them service. Shame on them. We are all equal crippled or any race people should be told with respect at the very least if turned away and ignored. Kathleen Rollins is praying for the ignorant and above us all that have to serve another person with just 20 minutes to punch out. That is sick stuff. I hope it doesn't happen to anyone else even them. Go to the one in admiral and Memorial you'll thank me later!
Later hours were a very big plus for me and I liked and appreciated the kindness of everyone in the Admiral place of business. Special thanks to Dr. Jana for making my appointment comfortable.
I even posted on fb for the ladies to go there for eye Dr appts! They have t h e cutest young guys working there! I saw all the other guys and then the blonde Dr walked in reminded me of a lifeguard I knew when I was young. It was the icing on the cake! I was impressed! It takes alot to impress me. You need to make a calendar and sell it like the firemen. Use funds to help ppl get eye care done!
The eye doctor & his staff are friendly & helpful. I have been going to this location for a year now. They are able to assist with insurance issues.
