As soon as you walk in expect be treated like you are not welcome…not a smile or a greeting. The male and female who were there kept on chatting away, turning their backs away from customers. I noticed the sign on the front door- now hiring for all positions. Maybe they need to hire new staff and train employees on how to value their customers. This optical is not what it used to be a few years ago. 😔

Love my daily use contacts! Got glasses for my friend’s 4 year old son and they are super cute—durable and well fit. My mom loves her bifocals and the office was great adjusting for size and comfort.

I am delighted with my new glasses. I enjoyed choosing from so many attractive and stylish options. The staff also helped fit them perfectly for my face. Thank you!

Seems to me that they want to charge for everything. They wanted to charge me $25 for the prescribtion that by law is mine once I pay for the eye exam, but that medicaire paid the $25. Went back to pick up the glasses. Heard them charging for any little thing that I know some is free everywhere else. Ceiling is dirty and it goes to show how management cares for its customers. Please be careful when going inside the building and keep vigilant of what they want to charge you

Danny at Sun City Optical was great! He helped me choose the right glasses for my granddaughter and made the process super easy and smooth. Thank you Danny!
