Sun City Vision Clinic

We always have a wonderful experience at Sun City Vision Clinic! We took my son in for his annual eye exam, and the staff was, as always, so kind, friendly, and welcoming. They make us feel comfortable from the moment we walk in and are always so patient with my son. It's clear they truly care about their patients. We wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

I picked up my glasses from this office on March 4, 2026. I spent $211 believing I was purchasing progressive lenses based on my prescription, but later learned the lenses were single vision. When I asked about correcting the order, I was told refunds are not offered and that upgrading to progressive lenses would cost another $200+. I attempted to resolve the situation directly with the office, but the only option presented was spending significantly more money. This was disappointing from a customer service standpoint. I support local businesses and hoped for clearer communication and more flexibility in resolving the issue. Because of this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I was there on time and was seen on time. The problem was when it came to choose my frames they weren’t equipped with a variety of brand named frames for men to select from. This has never been a problem in the past but all the frames were basic. I was looking for some Ray Ban frames. Other than that I had a great experience like I’ve had in the past.

I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. I have been a patient here for quite some time. They used to have good service. I always get additional protection for my lenses, etc and know I have paid additional amounts for the protection. I took my glasses in for an adjustment and my lenses were scratched. The manager Rosa told me to write down my name and DOB on a sticky pad and she would call me when the lenses came in. She said it would take at least two weeks. That was not the case. She called me in a week and said there was no coverage. I know I paid for this protection, etc. Now the company is out of business that covers the protection. So there's no solution. I've experienced other issues at this clinic and will not return. I'll inform my Dr office that referred me as well.

Excellent service and patient care! It was easy to make an appointment by phone. The. Doctor and her staff were nice and efficient in providing quality care to my wife. Super Mario made suggestions and helped my wife decide on the best eyeglasses for her needs. 5+ stars!
