I had a wonderful experience at Sunny Eye Care in Quincy! From the moment we called, the customer service was outstanding. Reception specialist Duyen was awesome professional, polite, respectful, and incredibly helpful both on the phone and in person. Nhu did a fantastic job helping my beautiful wife find the perfect pair of glasses. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience enjoyable. Dr. Linh was warm, friendly, and always greeted us with a smile. She took the time to answer our questions and made us feel comfortable throughout the visit. I highly recommend Sunny Eye Care to anyone looking for excellent eye care and exceptional customer service!

My daughter came here for Ortho K. She's been wearing it for a year now. The doctor and staffs were all very knowledgeable and patient. At first my daughter had a hard time wearing the lens and she was sensitive to anything that comes close to her eyes. The staffs were all very patient with her and spent a lot of time teaching her how to wear the lens. The doctor also provided very good recommendations for eye care. Overall it was a good experience and will definitely recommend to friends and family.

My first time here . I would highly recommend Sunny Eye Care . From the staff at the front desk and the Dr herself, wonderful service. So friendly and warm.very knowledgeable about eye care and the front desk lady helped me picking my frames . A wonderful experience ,I'll definitely be back .

Great service, very friendly staff, customers care with professional and knowledge. Bright and clean, modern examination equipment. The only cons is the business hours its not flexible for people who are working 9-5. But I highly recommend.
