Khoi is awesome! He helped me purchase 2 pairs of glasses in the last year, which I love. He has impeccable taste for what frames would fit well on my face, and deep experience with how the frames will function over time. He goes above and beyond in explaining to me how my prescription will differ between computer glasses and other types. I will definitely come back to get my glasses here!

I have been getting my eye care here since 2010. The quality of care was initially excellent but my last two visits were mediocre. I saw different optometrists each time and their bedside manner was lacking both times—curt, rushed and didn’t take the time to answer my questions thoughtfully (had to remind one of my GPC history and ask to have my upper eyelids flipped). Both times, there were also unexpected findings in my eyes and their communication about the implications of these findings was grossly overstated. I am grateful that they identified these issues but both optometrists did not appear to have enough clinical experience to provide proper guidance. One told me that I had significant scarring under one eyelid and that I might need surgery in the future to have the scar peeled off. I later referred myself to both a retinal specialist and corneal specialist—neither issue required additional treatment or testing let alone surgery. The location is convenient, scheduling is easy and the cost and service for frames has been excellent (hence, 3 stars). However, I don’t feel confident in the diagnostic acumen of the people I have seen more recently and plan to have my care transferred elsewhere.

Love the continue service here. Have been their patient since 2022. Today I went to fix my old eyeglasses and got a very nice service from Mavis. She is always active, fix the problem and giving good service advices for next appointment.

My husband and I have always had a good experience here.I fixed an appointment for my husband and me via text message. They confirmed and honored the appointment. On the appointed day and time we were taken in without delay. Dr Lee explained everything well. Our glasses were ready in 2 weeks as they had promised. I especially would like to give a shout out to Mavis who fitted our glasses. She was very thorough and patient. I would recommend this place .
