As soon as I mentioned we've never been there before the appointments were a year out. We wanted to try to keep it local and the only other place is almost twice as much! What's a local person to do when you can't get a local doctor?

The staff here are so kind! I was on a road trip from Minnesota when I lost my contacts, and they were able to assist me in getting a new pair! Thank you so much to all of the staff here, you're genuine lifesavers!
For some reason I have problems getting progressive lenses to work for me. I love 'em but they've got to be just right or I can't use 'em. These folks took the time and had the knowledge to get my progessive lenses just right for me. I could not be happier!! I highly reccomend them. They'll take care of you!
I recently had an exam and decided to just order new lenses for the frames I already have, they ordered lenses with with the OLD prescription. The excuse provided AFTER the lenses were put into my frames was that my warranty didn't cover my new prescription. I wasn't asking for any warranty product or replacement, I needed new lenses as I have a new prescription. Nobody made me aware that they were ordering lenses with my old prescription, that this was an issue/concern nor was I provided any options regarding prescription prior to requesting new lenses. Never have I had an eye care facility use my old prescription when ordering any corrective lenses. Communication is lacking here.
People are friendly and professional here but they won't file any out of state health insurance, at least they would not for me and another patient told me that they don't file any supplemental insurance except in the state of MI. I won't be going back because that is not a full service experience.
