Absolute worst Walmart of all Walmarts. I came here a year or so for an oil change. Pulled up, left my keys with the employee, and went on my way. An hour and a half later, I get a text saying my vehicle was done. I get there only to find out they never did my oil change because my door wouldn't shut all the way. I was absolutely upset that it took them 1.5 hours to tell me they won't service my car. Today, I get here, pulled up to the lane... the employee asks me to park and walk in. I do that walk on, and wait in line. An employee eventually asks me what service I need and I say oil change. He asked if I had an appointment and I said ,"no." Without even apologizing first, he said, "we won't be able to take anyone without an appointment." Insane to think you need an appointment for an oil change even though every other oil change site just makes you wait a little longer. 👎👎👎👎👎

Returned an item that I ordered online and yet after almost three weeks have yet to receive my refund. The product was not as it was described. Which is not their fault? Because it is a third party product. The return was simple and easy. And somewhere along the line someone stole my credit card number and used it at that store not blaming Walmart We were treated real well. The place was fairly clean.Very busy, convenient near my house.Have large selection of everything
I am rating 5 only because of the young man, James the greeter, who was at the grocery side door tonight at 8:45/50pm! We are at Walmarts, probably daily, and today was the 1st time we've been greeted at any of the walmarts we go to, in at least a year. No exaggeration. The customer service at Walmarts are terrible, especially with the managers. I mentioned this to a group of managers standing in an isle, and the looked at me like I was bothering them. But tonight, JAMES welcomed us in and said goodbye and was so kind. Very refreshing and very appreciated James! Thank you for making my day James!! You rock!!!
Vision Center My 90 year old mom went to get an exam and new eye glasses and she was taken care of immediately and well taken care of with great customer service. Just wanted to thank you. She is so excited to get her new glasses.
Went for wiper blades. Had actual legible sizing guide book. Had my size in multiple varieties. Love the ones with dual blades, great price, easy install, work great. Checked out at auto dept. In less than 2 min. Friendly cashier. Everything A+++++
