Dr. Driscoll is simply the best eye doctor hands down! I was having a pretty urgent eye issue last month and when I called and explained the issue to the girl that answered, she went straight to Dr. Driscoll and explained my issue to which Dr. Driscoll informed her to tell me to come in asap and she would see me right away as it wasn’t something I should make wait at all…That was amazing because the anxiety over it all was eating me alive. She quickly diagnosed the issue and sent in prescriptions for me and explained, in great understandable depth, what I was experiencing and what to do next in addition to the eye drops she prescribed. I left feeling very excited that something was found and that I wasn’t going to have to go from doctor to doctor trying to figure that part out. I got the eye drops that evening and experienced some pretty intense stinging from it and called the following day to see if there was possibly another option just to use while my eyes were extremely inflamed and sensitive like they were and then after I could switch to the one I had gotten already. They informed me that Dr. Driscoll was off which was fine and I just said to leave a message for her to call when she was back in. Later that day Dr. Driscoll called me on her day off to check in on how I was feeling and to go over possible other alternatives to use while I experiencing intense pain from my issue and she took the time to, on her day off, call in a different prescription for me that worked wonderfully!! Within a few days I was able to switch to the first RX she sent over for me. That just really made me so happy that she took the time to do that on her day off when I wasn’t expecting her to at all. The issue has healed and I cannot recommend Dr. Driscoll enough!! She had me on the mend in no time and explained everything in terms I could understand and really took her time making sure I understood what was going on and answering any questions I had. Dr. Susan Driscoll did a wonderful job. Took me through all the steps and was very thorough and answered all my questions. I will recommend her to friends and family. Thank you again Dr. Driscoll.

My experience was with dr mark nagy as dr Driscoll was not in office, dr nagy discriminated against my daughter based on her age, he would not attend her because she was 6. I originally set the appointment with dr Driscoll as I know she does see kids. I was not informed of the changed and wasted my time coming here as now I have to set up another appointment for my daughter. I will not be bringing my family back here as I’ve been coming here for the last 7 years all due to a discrimination.

I went in for my annual exam. Everyone was very nice and friendly. The doctor was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail and made sure I understood everything. Tyler helped me pick out my frames, He was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Overall, it was a great experience.

While my eye exam with Dr. Rodriguez was VERY professional & trusted, she is the only reason why I keep coming back! But…. The office’s esthetic lacks the appeal of a medical establishment. The condition of the carpet, baseboards, drippy faucet, uncomfortable examination chair are the reason of change of heart. I don’t expect “high end” doctors’ office but this office is giving me low rent quality & dirty. Staff in office and in Lenscrafters were not pleasant as well. I was the person in the establishment and not a single reply of salutation or help. After 15+ years, I am going to look for a new optometry service. My apologies to Dr. Rodriguez. She’s awesome!
