SVS Vision

Friendly, knowledgeable staff! I transferred my pickup to this location due to the lack of customer quality at the SVS I went to initially on Grand River, and the staff there wasted no time problem solving to accommodate my needs! They actively listened to understand the issues I had instead of listening to give a response, and they were able to come up with a solution. I’m very thankful for the manager who went above and beyond to help me; she reached out to me before I stepped foot into the store and even apologized for the inconveniences I had at the other location.

Ms.Dana, Ms. Myeisha, the assistant, and the optometrist provided me with an opulent experience today. From the moment I arrived leading to end of my visit I experienced a phenomenal level of care. It’s wonderful to witness customer service at it’s finest!

I went in yesterday to have my oldest daughter eyes examined at the svs in oak park mi I also brought my autistic 5 year old with me… she did want to be there so I stepped out several times… when I went back in because I had to be there for my oldest daughter the girl Leslie that was doing her exam told my autistic daughter to SHUT UP twice… o bet corporate was contacted and her manager you do not speak to anyone like that in a professional establishment I will never return there and I will stay in contact with corporate on this disgusting matter

Professional staff with a side of humor:⁠-⁠) They took time to help with my indecisiveness in picking out frames that fit my face. Good teamwork.😊 There was an issue with my insurance they are working that out as well. Thanks again!!

I was given the wrong prescription, was told it was fine even though i couldn't see. I schedule a recheck for a week later, a different optometrist confirms that the first one gave me an incorrect prescription, and i am told that they will reorder a new pair in the correct prescription for me. Well, its been a month, i dont have new glasses, and im out like $50 for the pair that isnt my prescription! And this location has been dodging my calls and ignorning voicemails i have left! I have never had such a crap experience at an svs vision, I've been an svs customer since 2010, this is insane.
