I had an outstanding experience at SVS Vision from start to finish. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping me find the right pair of glasses. They took the time to explain my options, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with every part of the process.
The front office staff was phenomenal. The young ladies did what they had to do. The doctor on the other hand was rude and very disrespectful and condescending. She had no concern with what I was telling her. I am a big advocate about my health and for her to tell me I wasn't having the issue that I had. I found that to be very rude. I was able to walk in on a busy Saturday morning. I thought it would be long wait time but since I already had my prescription, I was able to pick out a new frame and place my order in no time. Then it only took 1 week for my order. The ladies at this location were nice and pleasant. They greet you as you enter. Very professional.
Siliver helped me and my daughter fine the best glasses ever, silver was so kind, patient, and very helpful with my glasses and contacts, and my daughter glasses she is the best , loved her so much with helping me and my daughter out. The eye doctor was very patient and kind , straight to the point , really enjoyed everyone in the store, very nice and kind and helpful, even down to the receptionist at the desk very sweet and kind, everyone was a pleasure to work with. I thank everyone in the store, very good experience overall.
