SVS Vision

I was well pleased with the Dr. this is the first I’ve used these folks. Jacob was very helpful- however I had ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses he thought would work after they sent the order in the lab says they won’t work with my bifocals! It would be nice to know that before you spent almost $700. But it worked out in the end, because we dropped the bifocal from the lenses on my sunglasses. It will take pretty well the 2 weeks to get your new glasses. I also had to call and see if my glasses came in. All in all I think I’m happy, just a couple things I think could be improved! Thank you!

I met with someone by the name of Jacob (salesman) very personable, pleasant and carried so much professionalism. It was such a luxurious experience. I even got a great pair of frames that am excited to receive. The doctor was phenomenal as well. She was very pleasant and well educated about the eye. Super informative about the exam I received. I will resort to the company for my eye care needs. Thanks

​I couldn't have asked for a better visit to SVS Vision. The whole process was fast and effortless, but the true highlight was the team. Often, going to appointments feels stiff and overly formal, but I felt incredibly comfortable the entire time. The staff here is fantastic—the biggest compliment I can give is that it felt like dealing with real people, not just "employees." There was no robotic customer service voice, just genuine, friendly individuals who clearly care about making your visit a great one.

Mt Pleasant store was a breath of fresh air. The staff was absolutely the best. Everyone went above and beyond on helping me find the perfect pair of glasses. Jacob was very professional and was very knowledgeable. He was great to work with. Store has a wonderful slection, very bright, clean and uplifting. I highly recommend this store. First time in and can only give favorable recommendation! They were able to get me in immediately, and get routine eye exam and contacts ordered. Fairly quick appointment but did not feel rushed. Dr. Ratliffe was great! The doctor was friendly, non-judgmental and very knowledgeable in their analysis and was great at simplifying for me to understand my vision behavior better. All around great experience!!
