From the moment I stepped into the office I felt welcomed. The office has a calming atmosphere & receptionists were very friendly. I initially met with Megan, technician, for several preliminary tests. She is very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Brooks is fabulous. She took the time to explain everything during the exam. Highly recommend Swell Vision.

I walked in for my appointment and the entire staff made me feel welcome and genuinely cared for. Dr. Meghan Brooks and her entire staff were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make sure I had the best experience possible.
I just saw Dr. Scibal for the first time and I am so impressed. As soon as you walk in the office, you feel as if you have known this staff for a very long time. They are so welcoming! Tina was terrific and then Megan and Brie were not only extremely friendly but guided me professionally through the screening process. Dr. Scibal was not only warm and personable but gave me the best exam I remember, explaining every thing he did in great detail. I had always seen optometrists before and was hesitant to change. But, Dr. Scibal was highly recommended by a specialist so I gave him a try. I was so pleasantly surprised. I would recommend Dr. Scibal and Swell Eye Care VERY highly. Do yourself a favor and try them!
I had a great first time at Swell Vision Center. Everyone there was so nice and caring. I went in explaining that I believe my previous prescription was incorrect and I was having a harder time to see (not provided by Swell). The lady doing my images in the beginning had such a positive attitude and very helpful! Dr. Neha Dalal carefully examined my eyes and made sure I understood the process and changes. She wrote it all down for me as well. I am glad I was able to get this second opinion. I also like that you have up to 6 months (if I am correct) to come back if needing to be re-checked. The ladies handling the lenses and frames were super helpful and patient with me as well! Overall great experience and excited to try my new lenses.
