I would not recommend this place. We’ve been bringing our kids here for the past 3 years, and this was by far the worst experience. Before scheduling the appointments, I asked the front desk three separate times to confirm that both of my children’s eye exams would be covered by insurance. They repeatedly confirmed they were covered. Even when we checked in, no one mentioned any issue. After the exams, however, they told me at checkout that one child was still within the one-year period and that I had to pay the medical exam fee. If there was a problem with the insurance eligibility, they should have informed me before the appointment or before the doctor saw my child—not after everything was finished. To make matters worse, the second exam felt incomplete. The doctor only looked at the photos that had been taken, said there was no vision change, and did not perform a manual vision check. When I explained that their staff had confirmed coverage multiple times, no one apologized. The doctor came out looking upset but offered no explanation or acknowledgment of the staff’s mistake. There was also confusion about my vision insurance. The front desk insisted that my insurance would not cover frames. Since I have a PPO vision plan, I went home and called my insurance company myself. They confirmed the office is in-network and that my plan includes up to a $150 frame allowance. When I called the office back, they admitted they had checked incorrectly and said my frames actually were covered. The lack of communication, inaccurate insurance information, and poor customer service made this a very frustrating experience. There are plenty of other eye care providers nearby that are more organized and respectful of their patients’ time. I won’t be returning.

Awful place. When I first came here to grab some glasses, I was satisfied with the service - the staff helped me find the right lenses at a good price point, and I found the style that I wanted. However, the quality of these glasses is subpar at best. The nose pad fell out within a month of purchasing these glasses, and the frame is flimsy and has started to bend outwards to the point where my glasses has started to fall out if I just turn my head down. It's held up poorly in the 9 months I had these glasses - my old cheap glasses from a third world country was way better than whatever I got from here. The transition period for these glasses was way longer than my previous glasses, and my depth perception was messed up to the point where I kept tripping over stairs. The glare of passing cars was significantly more distracting while driving, but I chalked up all these issues with my own worsening vision. I've had bad glasses before, so I wasn't going to complain to them until I looked at my glasses under my dashcam and one of the lenses was noticably darker than the other. I came in and talked to them about it and we agreed it wasn't the anti-reflective coating, but she didn't come to any definite conclusion about what's happening with these glasses. She ended up saying it was probably to two different brands of lenses. I'm sorry, that makes absolutely NO sense to me - how and why can you get two different brands of lenses on a single pair of glasses? She didn't even offer any solution to my two obviously varying lenses. It was pretty frustrating that the lady was dismissive about my concerns, and she wanted me out of there more than anything.
I've been to this place for several years. I agree there were customer service issues in the past; however, recently I can see people who work in the front are getting much better. Thanks to 경서 and Lily.
I have had very good experinces with Dr Sang An. I have seen him for 3 or 4 years. He treated me for dry eyes following an eye exam and that has improved my vision. I didn't even know I had dry eyes. Lol He is good at quickly understanding the correction you need and I feel like he spends the time understanding your needs and not just what you see on an eye chart. The assistants and front desk staff are always friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this practice.
Don't shop here at all! The worst in front desk customer service. No warranty or attempt to repair my 6 year old's broken glasses. My wife went in to see about repairs or warranty only 1 month after purchasing them. She was simply told "nope, we don't help". So, my advice, go elsewhere or use them for your perscription, but don't contribute to the purchase of glasses that they profit on and won't back up.
