Tallmadge Family Eye Care

Prefer other doctor; exam I had--dr was openly frustrated w me and her frustration was obvious and unwarranted. Phone calls were unreturned when checking insurance coverage. Not the best experience this time around, but will continue using this practice for exams.

The front desk staff that gave me service was very polite, respectful and professional. My eye doctor went surpassed my expectations. He was very nice, respectful, and caring. He explained every procedures in simple terms, gave me good illustrations so I was able to comprehend his medical points. He answered all my questions. Out of all my eye doctors he surpassed them all. I would recommend Tallmadge Family Eye Care to everyone because I truly felt like a family members there. I’ve always had the best experiences with both Dr. Michelle and Dr. David. They’re so friendly and efficient. I recently saw Dr. Michelle for an emergency corneal abrasion and the level of care was off the charts amazing. I’m so grateful to have found such awesome doctors.

We have always been treated with kindness and professionalism. I greatly appreciate never being pressured into buying a brand, a look, a design, or what we can't afford. I hate wareing glasses but you make it easier, and worth it. Thank you for the care .
