I have been going here for 6 years. The staff are very friendly. The are very helpful when choosing your glasses and the eye exam is very easy and quick. I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes to see the eye dr. I recommend them to everyone I know that needs glasses. My three kids go here as well and they like the staff and ease of picking out new glasses. They have a very big selection to choose from as well.

All Pros! Called me back for a new appointment because of a cancelation. They are very helpful, pleasant and caring people. Dr. Menzel even gave me information on a surgeon who can help my son. I couldnt ask for a better place to get glasses and the help we needed.
I had an appointment on july 9th at 1130am. A friday. Apparently they are not open on fridays. I always make sure i put the appointment down correctly, and read it back to people to make sure its correct. This is not a mistake on me. The ONLY call i have from them is on june 8th, no voice mail left. This has left me extremely upset. I made this appointment like 2 months ago!
I've been through about every eye doctor in town - this man is PHENOMENAL! I can SEE again! Thank you, thank you, Dr. Brown & your amazing assistants in your office. They really know their stuff!
