The doctor said my vision improved which after a 2nd opinion that wasn’t true. My vision has been the same for the last 10 years. She also felt the need to alert the mvd, which if my vision was better and the other optometrist’s never felt the need to do that especially when my vision was “worse”. I loved this place before but won’t be going back now.
Michele was very professional and has excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I had alot of questions about the meta glasses I ended up purchasing because of her...overall I was very satisfied with her help and I wish I could give her more stars. Highly recommend anyone looking for glasses to ask for Michele.
Target optical was great at this location. I came in for a walk-in and Robin helped me, she was super helpful and nice! They were able to get me in even though there were appointments. Dr. Froehlich was awesome and helpful as well! She stayed later to get me in as a walk-in, much appreciated! Super great team!
ROBIN IS AMAZING! She is genuinely the sweetest person ever and she helped me so so much! I came in with a whole bunch of confusion on my prescription, health insurance, and i’ve never had glasses before. She made everything clear and was so genuine and kind!!! I wish i could leave more than five stars!
Robin was able to get me in with a same day appointment and was very kind in helping me find my insurance coverage. The eye exam with Dr. Chau was great. She provided me with contact samples & she gave me recommendations to help my watery/itchy eyes. Will definitely be coming back and highly recommend.
