Absolutely incredible service, I have been coming here for my eye exams and glasses for 5 years. Even when you just need your lenses fixed a bit or your frames tightened they will casually fix it for you. The staff is kind and helpful and won’t give you attitude for needing help. Dr. Chia is also very kind and flexible. They make you feel really comfortable and their prices are great and they will let you know if they have deals.

I highly recommend the team at Target Optical in Emeryville. I have been going there for several years and Dr. Kimberly Chia is very knowledgeable, capable and accurate with the eye exams. Cameron is great at recommending styles and ensuring an accurate fit and measurements for progressives. I have not had great results in ordering progressives from online retailers - I always end up having to do an exaggerated tilt for reading or the distance field was always somehow off. But the glasses I ordered in store with Cameron were incredible in terms of accuracy. They are night and day better than anything I’ve gotten online. Plus everyone is so friendly there.

Today visited the Target store at Emeryville for replacing my glasses nose pad My experience with Noah was great He replaced the nose pad with great care And it was a surprise he said it was for free I thank him for his prompt service May God Bless you

So easy and wonderful to work with…. I dealt with Cameron when I was there and can only say positive things. I am sorry I did not know about the optical department in Target Emeryville earlier!

Visiting from Nebraska asked Cameron of he could ad just my RX sunglasses even though I didn’t purchase them from him. So graciously he said yes and offered to check and ad just my day to day glasses. So kind and Patient with the three 8 utile girls I had with me answering all their questions about his equipment Thank you!!
