I had a wonderful experience for my routine contact lens exam. From the moment I arrived, Ty at the front desk was incredibly warm, kind, and friendly, and he made both the check-in and checkout process completely seamless. He maintained a positive and professional attitude while juggling multiple customers, and it really stood out. It’s always nice to be greeted by someone who genuinely cares about making people feel comfortable. Thank you, Ty, for the excellent customer service!

I had a great experience with both my eye appointment and contacts order placing. Ty helped me place my contacts order over phone. They were having internet issues when trying to place order and so they suggested they will call me back rather than have me wait. Really thoughtful and left me pleasantly surprised with their service. I got best price through them.

Absolutely wonderful experience with my interaction with the store manager Ty! After having interactions with other competitors that left me feeling like it was just a check box experience, the one I had with Ty let me know clearly those other options with other options we're extremely missing the mark. They're not even competition in my eyes and I'll be not only making Target Optical but this specific location for my contacts, glasses and vision checks from here on out. I can't believe I went this long without giving them a try. Appreciate it Ty, I'll be back for my prescription glasses and sunglasses!

We got our daughter's glasses from here, and TY helped us when we picked them up. He provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He was friendly, enthusiastic, and very knowledgeable about his job. He took the time to answer our questions and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Ty was so great, he helped tighten the screw on my sunglasses hinge and cleaned it and didnt even charge money for it! Great, top class service! Highly recommend stopping here for your eyewear needs.
