Always kind and willing to answer questions. Quick and easy way to also make an appointment for an eye exam. Walk-ins are welcome too. I have taken my glasses here for an adjustment before which was free of charge and they were quick and reliable
Never been treated as poorly as I just was. Walked in hoping to get some glasses (that were purchased at this branch) adjusted. There was no one in the store and yet the girl didn't look up from her screen. When I asked for helping adjusting the glasses she seemed annoyed. She proceeded to take them in the back only to come back out two seconds later saying "the screw is as tight as it can be". Told her I would still like help adjusting them as they were crooked and she responded "we can't fix everything". After a little more back and forth she took the glasses to the back room again coming back within seconds. I put them on and she said "they're straight". They are not straight and one hinge is so loose is seems like the arm is going to fall off. I've been going to this location for years and it is extremely convenient for me and yet I will never go back after this horrible customer service.
We had two pairs of eyeglasses with a screw out, and we couldn't fix either pair ourselves. But George at Target Optical did! He did an amazing job. He worked so hard on them, and now they're both perfect! We are thrilled and so grateful. He was so great and so very nice. The service was even complimentary—thanks, Target Optical! The next time anyone in our family needs new glasses or contacts, we will absolutely go back to this Target Optical because of the exceptional service we got from George. He is a true asset to Target Optical!
I have been back and forth with this optical office trying to get my contacts delivered since February! They keep saying it shipped and I have never received my order. Very disappointing. I ordered from the store to my home; online it said sent to store. Trying to call is a nightmare; half the time get left on infinite call. Otherwise they give empty promises of a call back. Finally went in to the store last month. They claimed they would ship the contacts out again. Tried calling for an update and tracking information. The lady lied, said she would call back and never did. I don’t understand how it is okay to get away with this when I paid for something.
I have been coming to Target Optical for the last 4 years and they are always so helpful and efficient and provide excellent service. They have great brands to choose from and many options of sunglasses and glasses. I highly recommend them for your optical needs!
