This location is full of the nicest, most helpful staff when it comes to purchasing, cleaning, or fixing your glasses. I have never had an encounter where they weren't pleasant and attentive. I never write reviews online, but they have left that kind of impression on me that I want to make sure they receive the credit they deserve (and maybe a raise!). Keep these employees at all costs!
Selma provided exceptional customer service while helping me choose the perfect pair of frames that suited me. She was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything in my prescription and helping me understand exactly what I needed. Thanks to her excellent service, I would definitely choose Target Optical again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience.
Had my prescription therefore; only needed lens/frames. Staff is very knowledgeable, willing to spend time to please and wonderful selection to choose from. Pricing was very clear with no pressure. Service is amazing. Quoted 2-3 wk. delivery — arrived in one week! Pickup was a breeze. Love my new glasses. Will definitely return in the future!
This was my first time using Target Optical but it definitely won’t be the last! The service was absolutely amazing! I got my beautiful glasses back in 2 days!! Other places make you wait weeks. Everyone was nice to work with. The appointment process was easy. I’m bringing my family next time they need glasses for sure.
I stopped in to have my glasses fixed, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff took care of the issue quickly and treated me with genuine kindness. They were patient, knowledgeable, and made sure everything fit perfectly before I left. It’s rare to find a place that’s both efficient and truly helpful, but they delivered on both. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future eyewear needs.
