We are in Cedar Rapids from Wisconsin for my son’s baseball tournament when, about two hours before his game, he realized he’d forgotten his contact lenses. I called our eye doctor back home, and they said they could fax his prescription to a local eye doctor. I called Target Optical, and Elizabeth was amazing. She checked that they had his exact contacts in stock before I even made the drive over, gave me the fax number for our eye doctor’s office, and had everything ready when I walked in. It made what could have been a really stressful situation so easy. Elizabeth was genuinely kind, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. We really appreciated her going the extra mile to help an out-of-town family. Thank you for saving the day!

I have been going here for years for eye exams and the staff has always been so friendly and helpful. Today I was out doing errands, and I had a contact fall out. I have really bad vision..so thank goodness I wasn’t too far from here. I walked in and was greeted right away and they were able to provide me with a replacement!

I LOVE Elizabeth! She is so personable and I try to come when she is here because we can chat. She is super knowledgeable about all the products. I like to have staff pick the glasses for me and she nails it right every time!
