Target Optical

I usually don't go to Target, but I have ordered and picked up items when I've been on vacation in NYC, it's near me, and driving. Well, today I needed an optical place to fix my glasses, and Target was my best and safest option, and I'm glad I chose here and this is why. When I've even done a pick up it's been ready quickly and clean. So I decided to go again, I'm glad so Gordon was in the optical department and somehow since I've been on vacation I happened to break my glasses I know the rules because I've been wearing glasses for years, and I put my faith in Gordon, and he fixed my glasses for me it warmed my heart. He was patient and understanding. If you travel and know when you need help and your eyes are everything. He was so nice and told the rules and made it happen. I definitely will go to another Target Optical because of Gordon. Thank you so much and yes, I cried leaving because it meant so much to me. I told him it's my cosmetic to my, like others, wig or makeup, if you know you know, meaning whatever you love the most, mine is my glasses. Thanks again, Gordon.

The process was quick and straightforward I love the ease of coming and being seen right away with my appt Dr Sujoy was super patient and understood my concerns Alisha and Gordon at the front are great help with my insurance and figuring that out also super perk it wasn’t as expensive as expected

I have been coming to this Target for years. Excellent customer service from Jared and the doctors. Over the years all staff members have been friendly and helpful. Temiko and Gordon were also very helpful on my most recent visit to get my frames replaced. Five star service.
