I didn’t have an issue with the doctor and thought she was great. It’s the optical Service I received after has been terrible. Communication is also terrible. My first set of contacts were sent to my ex-husband’s house where I have not lived for seven years. I’ve had to call constantly about updates of both my glasses and contacts. It wasn’t until two weeks after the order that I found out they were sent to the incorrect address. They at least overnighted the context to my correct address. Then I receive a call that my contacts are in the office. So they communication between each other is lacking. I’ve waited almost 3 weeks for my glasses to come in. They say they are checking on it only because I called. What’s worse is the original prescription had to be tweaked so these glasses will be in the wrong prescription and will have to be sent back. But instead of ordering a new set with the correct prescription I have to wait for the old prescription that’s not correct to come in before they will get returned and then processed with the correct prescription. At that pace, I probably won’t get them for another 5 weeks the earliest. I went ahead and just canceled the entire order and I will take my prescription and Have glasses made somewhere else. Never a sincere apology has ever been given. Be prepared to have to do all your own calling to find out the status and correct all these errors. Never once did they initiate communication. And when they did, they did not have their facts straight, and I had to inform them of what was going on. I only came to target for optical because I have a discount. Last year I went to Walmart and that was a five star.

My husband went to Target Optical and suggested I go for the price. Let me first say that we have pretty good eye insurance, so the prices may not be as pleasing to everyone. I got great service. The person who helped me (I didn't get her name) was pleasant and helped me decide between two lenses that I had my eye on. She gave me time to look at all of the glasses (they have a large selection) and she and her co-worker weren't pushy while I shopped or to get me to buy. I ordered a pair of sunglasses and regular glasses. The two pairs of glasses combined cost less than what I paid for ONE pair of glasses. I haven't paid this this little for my glasses in over 3 years. My glasses will take about 2 weeks. I can't wait to get them.

Very professional & courteous employees. The hours are so convenient for busy schedules. They accepted my insurance. I was impressed with every aspect of the visit. Target Optical is a hidden gem - THE place to go if you need eye care!

I came in to get new glasses (lost mine). The person I worked with was great. She was pleasant and knew what she was doing. Efficient and helped me make choices. The same experience I've airways received there

Excellent experience. Dr. Vidikan was great and Schira was very helpful and knowledgeable in selecting new frames and answering questions. A great overall visit. My new glasses were ready in only a few days. Definitely will use this Target Optical for my future eyecare needs!
