Target Optical

Billi was very knowledgeable and helpful with my purchase of two pairs of glasses. She had her hands full with myself and another customer wanting to place orders at the same time, but she was quick and efficient. It was my first time visiting the Target Rossford Optical but I’ll definitely be back. Dr Schmucker was also wonderful! Great experience all around!

Billie and Dr. Alexandra Schmucker were amazing. Very nice and polite. 30 minutes for exam and done ordering contacts.

I received wonderful service from the people working at the clinic. However Target really needs to up their game when it comes to the appearance of the office. It looks like something out of the 70's but dirty. The wall color is that disgusting yellowish beige. The carpet is filthy and worn and as far as I could see never matched the paint color. I think a nice blue or gray with white trim with a new rug that coordinates with the paint would be much more inviting. Also some new signage over the frames would be great and get some art on the wall chosen by someone who understands color would be great. And BTW the clinic is freezing. Make this a more pleasant environment for everyone

I have never been to Target Optical before but I would definitely go back to this one! Dr. Schumacker was very patient and through, and she listened to all of my concerns. Both of the opticians were very knowledgeable and helpful when helping me pick out frames. Terri was patient with me and honest about how they looked on me. Everyone here gave me excellent service and went the extra mile to help me and answer all of my questions. Would highly recommend them to anyone!
