I had a great experience at Target Optical. I have a pair of prescription Ray-Ban glasses that had been missing a nose pad for over a year. I searched at several different stores, but no one was able to help me. The staff at Target Optical replaced the missing nose pad, tightened my glasses, and cleaned them—all free of charge. They were friendly, professional, and genuinely happy to help. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. I'll definitely be coming back when it's time for a new pair of glasses. Thank you!

We absolutely LOVE Steph, Nate and Kellie! They are so helpful and so nice! The glasses and contacts are great, and the prices are affordable! We have been going here for a long time, and we just added our son’s girlfriend as a new patient! We highly recommended!!!

Today I visited Target Optical in Cranberry Twp. for the first time. I'm so glad I did. The staff was helpful and friendly from the moment I walked in. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and to find the frames I wanted. The doctor gave me a thorough exam and explained each part of the exam clearly. Nate worked to find the best price for my glasses and contact lenses and took care of the insurance details. I definitely recommend this Target Optical. Five stars.

Nate at Target Optical Cranberry Twp was able to repair my glasses in an Instant. The lens popped out of my Frames (Gov't Issue from VA) and was very quick, and polite. Will definitely visit again!

Stephanie Shinsky took care of my glasses. I lost a nose pad “dooflicky” and she graciously fixed me up in record time! Wonderful!
