Went in for a routine eye exam. All the people were pleasant. They mentioned some upgrades coming to the facility this summer. Dr. Cree was very professional, thorough, and asked a lot of relevant questions. I was there to simply get my prescription and wasn't at all pressured into buying frames or lenses onsite. Highly recommend these folks.
Brian was great! He addressed me within a few seconds of entering the optical center, gave me a realistic expectation of the wait/process time, fixed my issue and most importantly had wonderful customer service!
I've been coming to MS Vision Care/Target Optical for a couple of years now, and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Dr. Hunker is great! He really takes the time to explain things in plain language and is so kind. Heather is an insurance wiz, making sure you get the best value for your money. We had a great chat about her AI glasses and the features that help assist people with audio or visual impairments. Overall a 5 star visit!
