It’s always a joy when coming to Target Optical. The employees are always nice and welcoming. Nico was the representative who assisted me today. He was very kind and professional. He offered to assist me in any way! He took time out to explain my insurance coverage, all options available in my glasses selection and confirming the cost every step of the way. Kudos to Nico!

I didn’t have the best experience with the salesperson when we came in to shop for prescription eye glasses for my daughter. At first, she seemed somewhat standoffish and not very helpful. Once it became clear that we were ready to make a purchase, her attitude noticeably changed. We were told it could take up to two weeks for my daughter’s glasses to arrive. Around the two-week mark, I called to check on them and found out the glasses had actually arrived several days earlier, but my phone number had been entered incorrectly so I never received the text notification. My daughter needs her glasses to see at school, so I would appreciate it if phone numbers could be confirmed with customers in the future to help avoid delays like this.
