Dr. Chelsea McGregor was absolutely amazing during my son Tyler’s eye examination. He has worn glasses since he was about two or three years old, and no previous provider had ever raised this concern. Dr. McGregor was extremely thorough, patient, and attentive. Midway through the examination, she called me in and explained that Tyler appeared to have progressive keratoconus and needed to be evaluated by a specialist. What impressed me even more was her follow-through. She initially provided us with a referral, but after realizing the provider was not a pediatric specialist, she took the time to research another option and personally called me with updated information. She could have simply completed the examination and moved on, but she genuinely cared about ensuring that my son received the appropriate care. I am incredibly grateful for her attention to detail, compassion, and professionalism. Thank you, Dr. MacGregor, for going above and beyond for Tyler. Your thoroughness made a significant difference in protecting his vision.

everyone on the staff is really nice and helpful Dr Mcgregor was very easy to talk with and answered all my questions. Evelyn Robles helped me get my glasses and she’s literally the best. she really explained the breakdown of my costs and was super helpful and kind throughout the entire time i was there. she was amazing. i was super happy by the end of my visit, i’ll definitely end up coming back next year!

Rosa took great care of me at my appointment. There was an issue in the beginning with my appointment not showing up and she was patient, kind, and helpful while we were getting things settled. I recently came in to get glasses for my son, and I had a great experience. Everyone in the store was kind and welcoming, but I especially want to recognize Evelyn. She was amazing! Amazing experience from start to finish! I was in and out in 30 minutes, and this includes me picking out new glasses. Every staff member was wonderful! Evelyn was so professional, kind, and a huge help with deciding which frames to order. I appreciate her attention to detail and will definitely be back in the future.
