My son and I had a wonderful experience at Target Optical, thanks to Anthony. He was friendly, patient, and extremely helpful while assisting both of us with choosing our glasses. My son is 5 years old, and Anthony made him feel comfortable throughout the entire process, which made the experience so much easier. He took the time to explain our options, answered all of our questions, and made sure we both found glasses that fit well and looked great. My entire family comes here, and we always have a great experience whether it be the eye exam experience or the purchasing experience at Target Optical. Anitha is wonderful - so knowledgeable and patient. They always find the best price they can for me (using insurance versus discounts, etc.), and glasses and contacts come in quickly. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Recently purchased new glasses from Targer and while I love the frame, The issue is the lenses. I paid extra for the thinnest lens option, but they still came out very thick and there was no option offered to shave them down or minimize the bulk. I have glasses with the exact same prescription from EyebuyDirect and their lenses are noticeably thinner. For the price point, I expected better lens quality or at least clearer guidance on what to expect. Changing to one star due to the fact that customer service reached out to me in regards to my review and when I responded, I haven’t got a response. It’s been two weeks.

Anthony and Kris were truly amazing! My daughter’s prescription eyeglass lense fell out of her very fragile frames and they were able to fix them in about an hour!! We were so happy and relieved they could help us! Truly amazing customer service! Thank you so very much Anthony and Kris!
