Cheryle was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful while helping me find the perfect pair of glasses. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with my choice. Dr. Mark Watson really takes the time to dial in on the best-of-the-best prescription. He showed me what my last script looks like in comparison to the new one. He takes time to explain everything completely. Picking out frames was a little limiting, but there is a large screen that you could use to create your own. Jennifer was very helpful & absolutely terrific! She is full of energy, very knowledgeable, networked with Target, and a super friendly personality. She can & will get it done with a smile and positive attitude. Great experience.
I stopped by Target Optical to have my glasses adjusted, and I had a great experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. They took the time to adjust my glasses until they fit perfectly and made sure I was comfortable before I left. I really appreciated their kindness and excellent customer service.

My family has continued to come back to Target Optical for over 10 years since she always provides exceptional customer service and ensures that all my eye insurance benefits and other employee discounts are included to give me the best deal. She thoroughly explains any questions and educates during the process. Highly recommend.
Very poor customer service from Target Optical. My order was “in the lab” for over three weeks with zero updates. I called several times asking them to check on it, and nothing was ever done. No one followed up, no one contacted the lab, and no one seemed to care that I had been waiting that long for glasses. I finally canceled the order and got a refund. I went to LensCrafters instead and had my glasses in one week. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.
