I received excellent service from Giselle and her colleagues. I needed to have my glasses adjusted (even though I hadn’t purchased them there), and they did something no other place had done: they manually shaped the frame to fit the contours of my face, the sides of my head, and my ears. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Every time I visit, I specifically ask for her because she consistently provides outstanding customer service and makes the entire experience smooth and pleasant. I had a little trouble getting the proper information and prescription from the doctor side but Mr Antonio Barnette was incredibly helpful, professional, and when out of his way to assist me and got everything resolved, my glasses ordered, and everything facilitated quickly and correctly. I'm grateful for his help and now I can finally see correctly. He also gave me his contact information in case I had any issues in the future and wanted help. I'll definitely be back when my insurance plan restarts again this year.- Lisa
