Target Optical

I went to Target Optical today for my eye appointment, and my visit went really well. While I was waiting for the doctor, Jeff greeted me and took the time to explain the different glasses and frame options based on what I was looking for. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the process much easier. The rest of the staff was also polite and welcoming throughout my visit. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this location.

Bermarrgie assisted me and did an amazing job. She went above and beyond to help me and made sure all of my needs were taken care of. The entire staff is wonderful, kind, caring, professional, and willing to help. They made me feel welcome throughout my experience. Really great team over there. Upsold me glasses at a lower price than my insurance quoted, and they helped me fix a double-stacked contact lens. Recommended eye drops made for contacts, really couldn't ask for anything more with an optical team!

My first experience Dr. Luong and Bemarggie at the Altamonte Springs location was great! They explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions/concerns. Definitely would recommend.
