The customer service here is really great. Stan was really nice and made us smile. He guided us through the whole process, without rushing and he finished the job pretty quickly. Also to mention he handled two customers at the same time, very smoothly. Overall the service here at target is always great and all the staff members are very kind.
I had an emergency with my eyeglasses one screw came off. I went in and asked for help and they graciously repaired and cleaned my eye glasses and save the day for me. They did not have to help me I did not give them business. But I will be coming back because I love their generous gesture of helping me without any questions. Thank you so much for your help today!
Stan was amazing helping with finding the right frames and going through all the pricing and discounts!! Highly recommend! The Dr. Anjad gave a complete exam and discussed everything in detai!
The store manager was amazing he made our daughter feel so comfortable with getting her glasses and made the process as simple as possible we truly appreciated it
Julissa was really great! She is very professional and knowledgeable! My parents are long time customers and always want to be assisted by her, she is very enthusiastic and is a great representative of Optical and any company she may choose to be part of, she definitely has a natural leadership style. I’m sure many clients would agree with us as there is always a line of clients waiting to me assessed by her. I praise her attentive demeanor with the clients, thank you.
