This is a terrific place to get an eye exam and to purchase glasses. The doctor is incredibly thorough and kind and the process of getting new glasses is amazing. They work really hard to make sure you’re not only getting what you’d like but also they have top-of-the-line lenses. Also, they work really hard to get the max benefit from your insurance. 10 out of 10 recommend!
Doctor was nice, quick, and efficient. Just make sure to bring up if you have progressives to the doctor so they can double check and get your prescription right when you talk to the front folks. Ed was fun to chat with and helped me pick my glasses because I'm blind as a bat. Thanks Ed!

I had a great experience with the optical department over a few visits while purchasing both my regular glasses and sunglasses. Melissa was patient and very detail-oriented. She took the time to explain my options and made sure everything was done perfectly. I also appreciated that there was neither any rush/pressure nor any upselling on add-ons/coatings. The few times I went in, there was no wait time even though I did not have an appointment. Also a shout-out to Alyssa and Leticia.
I was shopping at the Lake Stevens Target and Al was so kind to me. She fixed and adjusted my eye glasses and she didn't even charge me. Was very grateful to her.
