Target Optical

Very satisfied with the two pairs of progressive glasses I just picked up from Target Optical. The frames seem well made, I especially like the weight & feel of the RayBan sunglasses. The lense quality is excellent. This is my first time buying glasses at Target, and I very likely will get my next pair at Target as well. They cost ~50% more than my last pair at Costco, and that seems well worth it given the quality of the lenses especially for progressives. The choice of frames is also better than at Costco, IMO. The person who helped with my order (Will) also helped me figure out how to get the most value & best quality given what I wanted to spend. Overall, I would recommend Target Optical.

I am thoroughly impressed with the staff here. They were so kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. Will was very helpful in choosing the perfect frames and they arrived quickly! John did a great job in adjusting the frames for me when they arrived. The customer service here is unparalleled. They make every customer feel like an MVP. I highly recommended giving them your business if you’re looking to get an eye exam or new glasses.

I had a great experience at my appointment! Everyone was friendly and helpful. John was very funny and made me feel comfortable right away, which really helped me relax. Sophia was also incredibly helpful and took the time to answer my questions. I really appreciate their patience, kindness, and professionalism. They made my appointment enjoyable, and I would definitely recommend this office to others!

Will was attentive, helpful, and kind during my first visit at Target Optical. He provided his expertise in eyewear selection and fitting was impressive. His customer service provided was excellent. Also, the optometry technician who assisted with my exam was great. Will recommend to friends and family.

Will was amazing! So helpful and funny and nice! He helped both my daughter and me pick out frames and we ended up finding ones we love. He made sure we got the best prices we could and he is very knowledgeable about both glasses and contacts. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Target Optical and we will definitely be returning for future eyewear needs.
