Loved the doctor and staff. Felt like the doctor took her time in testing and learning about my eyes. The front desk (Tara) was great in helping me pick out glasses. They had options for all styles of glasses needed. Also worked out the best price on contacts for me. Wasn’t pushy or trying to upsell. But did a great job at explaining the pros and cons to having the insurance. Will be back for sure!
Feels odd to write a review for an "in store" optical shop, but the people who work here are just awesome, like what they do, and are genuinely happy to see that you get what you want, and accommodate you when you have an issue. Purchased several pairs of glasses and sunglasses from here, and will keep coming back because they have good frames and styles, but mostly because these folks take good care of people.
Cole was absolutely amazing! I came in with my 2 boys on a single mom budget and with little hope. The service all 3 of us received was top notch. Attention to details, no pushy sales, respect for what each of my boys asked for but maintaining what needs were appropriate and warranted. I truly felt heard and understood for once with great customer service. Everything was explained and my responses/reactions were not questioned. Service was quick. Cole made sure that everyone was happy and needs were met. We left with new glasses for 2 boys (8 and 11) and were done, ordered, checked out and finish our grocery shopping in less then 40 minutes and that was allowing each boy to pick out all the styles/colors and brands that they wanted to try. Truly the m Best customer service that we’ve had in a long time and we will return simply because Cole happened to be there that night and made one tedious mom task bearable! Thank you Cole!!
I went in to get a pair of glasses, thinking that my insurance would cover $300. She came back with a price of $315, and told me that my insurance only covered the frames. Since she told me that I would get the full benefit if I ordered contact lenses, I went ahead and did that. When I received them in the mail, there was a coupon for 40% off a complete pair of eyeglasses. I went back in and she gave me the exact same price that she gave me at first.
I had a great visit today with Dr. Brodeur getting fitted for new contacts. Emily was great helping me get a few quotes on my lenses and would even rush them if needed. Love their state of art equipment and would class care. Highly recommend coming here.
